This paper prepare the tetrahydrocurcumin(THC)and resorcinol(PR)load nanostructure lipid carrier and study its effects on remove pigmentation.Tetrahydrocurcumin(THC)are powerful in anti-imflammatory,anti-oxidant,free radical scavenging,anticancer,Cardiovascular protection.It was apply to some function cosmetic products overseas,this products have effect on whitening,dispel facial spots,anti-aging,anti-imflammatory,antiallergic,as well as Solarcaine.However,the application problem of THC lie in its low light instability and hot instability as well as poor water solubility.Phenylethyl Resorcinol(PR)have good effect on blocking synthesis of tyrosinase,to prevent melanin accumulation.PR is one of the most potent lighting agents ever reported.China’s food and drug administration give approve to the application of PR in December of 2012.While PR also have limits in its application owning to the poor water solubility,unstable under light or hot condition,low bioavailability.This study aimed at solving the application bottleneck by preparing co-administration nanostructured lipid carrier load THC with PR,and evaluate the whitening effect of its cosmetic products.Firstly,the lipids was selected based on the good solubility of RP and THC,compounded the solid lipids with liquid lipids at some ratio,the best formula was selected by orthogonal experiment design based on the evaluation emulsification ability.Secondly,the optimization preparation process parameters was confirmed by single factor investigation,the nanostructured lipid carrier was prepared by high pressure homogeneous.The loading capacity of the co-administration nanostructured lipid carrier reached to 10%(PR:THC = 3:2).The mean particle size,PDI,Zeta potential,encapsulation efficiency,physical stability and long time storage chemical stability,Morphology observation was observed.High-low temperature cycles test and centrifugal were used to test its physical stability.The results show that the THC and PR load nanostructure lipid carrier has good physical and chemical stability.Finally,compound whiteningnanocarriers was used in whitening cream,then use the randomized,double-blind,controlled test method to study its effects on remove pigmentation.The results show that the THC and PR load nanostructure lipid carrier used in whitening skin care products can significantly improve the skin pigmentation,as well as good whitening effect.The preparation of compound whiteningnanocarriers showed high drug capacity,good stability,excellent whitening effect,which have great application prospect in cosmetic field.
