Due to the good flexibility,high permeability,low cost,simple preparation process and wide source of materials,the organic membrane is applied in water treatment widely.To but solve the membrane fouling problems,the membrane should be modified by improving its hydrophilicity.In this thesis,a novel organic-inorganic hybrid ultrafiltration membrane was prepared,the rejection and antifouling properties of the ultrafiltration membrane and its influencing factors were studied.1.HTLcs composites were synthesized by rapid coprecipitation method using MgO desulfurization waste residue?MFGDR?as raw materials,and then HTLcs was roasted.HTLcs was characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR and TGA.2.HTLcs hybrid polyethersulfone?PES?ultrafiltration membrane?PES/HTLcs?was prepared by blending method.The effects of HTLcs on the morphology,crystal structure,mechanical properties,thermal properties,permeability and anti-fouling properties of hybrid films were investigated.Results show that,the pore distribution on the surface of the membrane was more uniform by HTLcs.The mechanical properties,thermal stability and hydrophilic properties of the membrane were improved.As the dosage of HTLcs was0.5wt%,the water content of the hybrid membrane reached 230%,and the pure water flux reached 231.93 L m-2h-1.The rejection rate of BSA and PEG10K was 85%and 90%,respectively,which was higher than that of pure PES membrane.The hybrid membranes have better anti-fouling property and higher recovery rate.3.Polyvinylidene fluoride?PVDF?/HTLcs?PVDF/HTLcs?hybrid ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by blending method too.The effects of HTLcs on the morphology,crystal structure,mechanical properties,thermal properties,permeability and anti-fouling properties of PVDF hybrid membranes were investigated.HTLcs did not change the morphology of the membrane surface,but made the pore distribution of the membrane more uniform.HTLcs enhanced the lattice structure of PVDF in the ultrafiltration membrane and reduced the thermal stability of the membrane;The membrane permeation flux increased by addition of HTLcs.As the dosage of HTLcs was3%,the pure water flux of the hybrid membrane was 243.67L m-2 h-1,which was 145.74%higher than that of pure PVDF membrane.With the increasing dosage of HTLcs,the rejection of BSA increased.The rejection rate reached 96%as the HTLcs dosage was 4%.The recovery rate of PVDF/HTLcs?3wt%?hybrid film can reach up to 97.3%,indicating the hybrid membrane has good anti-fouling property.
