In order to reduce the waste of crops straw biomass resources and environmental pollution,reduce the cost of materials,low carbon environmental protection,improve the high value of crop straw biomass resources and comprehensive utilization,to speed up the transform and upgrade traditional industries to modern agriculture,this thesis of corn straw for 3d printing preparation technology of PLA composites is studied.1.With Straw fiber powder more slender,more combined with surface contact between molecules,the composite material with better mechanics properties,the appearance of the printing is more exquisite.Due to the greater straw particle diameter of corn stalk powder material with larger aspect ratio,under the action of mechanical force,it is easy to be mixed with fiber shelving and overlapping,leading to uneven mixture of poly(lactic acid)(PLA)and fiber dispersion in composite materials is uneven,which led to the final composite materials under the action of external force,easy to fracture from the matrix,and this is the cause of brittle materials.Also explains 20 mesh<h?100 mesh added corn stalk powder materials with larger diameter ratio,otherwise the composite materials prepared by the above corn stalk owes less bending strength and tensile strength.Adding 100 mesh<h? 140 mesh corn straw fibre composite material,will abtain exquisite fracture appearance and the best token Mechanic properties.2.Through lye pretreatment,silane coupling agent for inner modified structure of corn stalk powder,3d printing composite materials was prepared under moulding pressing process.By using the contact Angle measurement,electronic universal material testing machine,explore the effect on the mechanic properties of 3d printing composites by lye treatment,coupling agent additive,corn straw powder filling amount.The results show that the concentration of lye treatment was 0%,the coupling agent accounting for 3%of the straw stalk powder quality,corn straw powder filling quantity is 20%,the stretching intesity of the composite material is 34.6 MPa,the bending strength is 44.7 MPa,meaningwhile with the best mechanical properties.3.By SEM observation of the fiber surface,NaOH make fiber structure become more loose,water content enter the inside fiber structure easier,corn straw water resistance decreased;KH570 coats on the surface of fiber which is smoother,lessing the hole,cutting down the contact of the fiber and water,increasing the resistance to water of corn strawl.Conclusion through the analysis of infra-red spectrum:after NaOH treatment,-OH stretching vibration peak enhancement,1600 cm-1 characteristic peak of xylogen decreased significantly;After joining KH570,-OH stretching vibration peak is abate,-CH-bending vibration peak and-C-O-stretching vibration peak enhancement.NaOH and KH570 respectively can improve the initial thennal degradation temperature and promote in 697.3? residual quality of corn straw,both NaOH and KH570 can improve the inflection point temperature of corn stover,therefore,the addition of NaOH and KH570 can improve the heat capacity of com stover.4.With low temperature plasma technology,research on the effects of parameters of modified maize straw material physical characterization and mechanical properties of modified corn stover PLA composite materials.The results show that after modification of plasma generator with maize straw material does not change its chemical structure,but reduces the number of hydroxyl groups in the fiber,makes material of hydrophilicity abate,at the same time,the plasma modified to some extent,improves the maize straw bonding force in composite PLA fiber materials,improves the strength of fiber material,so in the preparation of material,when the adding amount of modified corn stalk of polylactic acid is 10%,the stretching intensity of modified corn stover PLA composites is higher than the unmodified,At this time of the unmodified maize straw materials 3 d printing materials tensile strength is 25.1006 MPaand the stretching intensity reaches maximum of the modified corn strawl for 3d printing PLA composite at 27.4730MPa.This modified corn strawl PLA composite material with low temperature plasma technology is low carbon,energy saving,environmental protection and pollution-free.
