On The Application Of Oracle Bone Inscription In Costume Creativity

The written word has witnessed the development of human history that carries the culture and customs of all ethnic groups.As a product of Chinese civilization,Chinese characters carry a rich aesthetic content while represent the history and culture.The birth of Chinese characters can be traced back to oracle which was more than three thousand years ago.It is the oldest Chinese character system found in our country at present and is the only original text that is still in use.The research on oracle is mainly focused on the art of calligraphy,linguistics and archaeology.There are few people study application of oracle in costume originality.With the development of the times,people's pursuit of clothing is no longer satisfied with the practical and general fashion design.People are more pursuit of multi-level presentation of individuation,emotion,art and nationalization.This paper focuses on the permeation and fusion between oracle(includes shape and meaning)and fashion creative design on the basis of studying the writing art of oracle.This paper explores a new form of clothing design communication and ideas through literature researches and case analysis.
