In recent years,amorphous materials have attracted much attention,not only because of the special nature of their internal structures,but also because of the color characteristics of amorphous materials.Short-range ordering structures are formed by networks of different sizes,Making the periodicity of the entire structure lower.When changing the angle of incident light,the photonic band gap inside the amorphous photonic crystal does not change with the angle of the incident light,resulting in a structural color that does not change with the angle,that is to say,the non-rainbow effect,this structural color is brightly colored.Give people a good visual satisfaction.It has played a pivotal role in the development of the scientific community.The main contents of this paper include:1?Preparation of non-rainbow structured color films.In many industrial USES,the color fastness is required.Here,we report the structure of a kind of rainbow effect color film preparation method,first by emulsion polymerization with good dispersion prepared P(St-MMA-AA)colloidal particles,the particle size on the basis of this,two kinds of different particles mixed with a certain concentration of slurry,the spraying method is adopted,and evenly sprayed on the white base,due to the rapid evaporation of solvent,makes the colloidal particles in the air is dry,the successful preparation of the form structure of color film.Because of the incoherent light scattering,the prepared structure color film presents milky white.So as to eliminate incoherent light scattering,strengthen the structure of the thin film color,add a percentage of black material-graphene in suspension,using its absorption properties of visible light,the color saturation of thin films is improved.2?The contrast between carbon black particles and graphene structure color film.The structure of carbon black particles can also be used as a strengthening film color optional material,therefore,comparing the two methods of thin film was prepared using a variety of characterization methods,analyzed finally concluded that join the preparation of the graphene structure color better.3?The controlled preparation of the photonic crystal of P(St-MMA-AA).The poly(styrene-methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid),P(St-MMA-AA)colloidal particles as a template,acrylamide as monomer,make them in aluminum foil surface under certain temperature and certain humidity self-assembly under certain time,can be successfully produced no crack of photonic crystals with large area,and then by changing the temperature and time,using acrylamide and poly(styrene-methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid),the phase transition temperature of different gel microspheres,successful preparation of large area of no crack sag of photonic crystal assembly body,including sag can be controlled by the size of the temperature and time control,this method is simple and convenient,and efficient.
