Kelasu tectonic zone is located in the north of Kuche depression of Tarim basin,There are 36146 km2 exploration area and 5.64*1012 m3 natural gas resources,290 million tons of oil resources in Kuche depression,It's the enrichment of resources in the tarim basin tectonic units.Among them,the Kelasu zone has been developed into a belt,which is adjacent to Baicheng sag center,which is the main field of natural gas exploration and development.There are many challages in drilling in Kelasu tectonic zone:Salt tectonic stratigraphic high and steep,with gravel layer,hard to drilling,and the gas reservoir was overlained by very thick salt and gypsum mud rock salt bed with the depth of 4500?6500m,often accompanied by super lubricant and the target stratum is easy to well lossing and sticking.During drilling work in salt layer areas in Kelasu tectonic zone,some complex accidents such as the choke of drilling up and down,the drill pipe sticking and even casing destroy after cementing.Commonly used drills can not meet demands for vertical drilling in deep,ultra-deep,and complex wells.The top of the bear wellbore will also be confound with the dangers aboat well leakiness because of balance salt layer wriggle.That will bring the serious security risk to the drilling operation.This article has conducted the research to the gypsum salt layer drilling technology in the southern of Kelasu tectonic zone.Researching the gypsum salt layer drilling technology at home and abroad in order to understand the current status of it.combining the salt layer characteristics with the selection of drilling modes,an optimal selection idea of drilling liquid for gypsum salt layer reservoir has been put forward,According to the characteristics of the formation of the Tarim Oil field,In order to optimize the drilling block of salt layer areas in Kelasu tectonic zone,this paper combines the design of geological conditions and the practical difficulties encountered in the drilling,to carry out the research on vertical launching system,and the W/O drilling fluid system.The research results of This article show that vertical launching system and W/O drilling fluid system improved the speed of drilling speed greatly.It is significant and realistic meaning to maintain the stability of salt layer drilling,Protect reservoir effectively and build drilling with high efficiency and safety,and it gives a solution about the drill in Kelasu tectonic zone,improves the complex well status and to achieve safe and fast drilling in KS902.
