| In this paper,the berries(blueberry,cherry tomatoes,grapes and actinidia qarguta)was used as the test mterials,and the portable microenvironment was used as the carrier to study the sensory,texture,nutrient quality,physiological indexes and enzyme activities of the micro-environment box-type atmosphere(atmosphere and climate + 1-MCP)in the three stages of the low temperature shelf life,cold storage period and post-impact,and used headspace solid phase micro extraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology(HS-SPME/GC-MS)and the electronic nose technology measure its volatile substances,to make the effect of micro environmental chamber air on blueberries in storage,transport,sales of three cases clear,and establish the way to extend the preservation of blueberries and key parameters,provide technical support to inprove the storage-quality of blueberries.According to the biological characteristics and other berries storage characteristic,study on the effects of micro-environmental boxing(Modified Atmosphere and Modified Atmosphere+ 1-MCP)on storage quality and volatile substance during the shelf life of cherry tomato,grape and actinidia qarguta,explore the technical methods of improving the quality of other berries,provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the electricity businessmen sale and transport fresh food sales and technical guidance.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Micro-environment box-type atmosphere(Modified Atmosphere and Modified Atmosphere + 1-MCP)had a certain inhibitory effect on the good fruit rate,hardness,titratable acid and soluble solid content of blueberry during low tenperature shelf after logistics,and the indexes was significantly different from the CK group.There was no significant difference between the two groups.The method of Modified Atmosphere + 1-MCP treatment,reducing the fruit respiration and delaying fruit senescence is better than that of single atmosphere treatment,Micro-environment box-type atmosphere could maintain the quality of blueberry to the maximum extent,effectively inhibit the decrease of blueberry aldehydes and increase the main components of alcohol.2.Micro-environment box-type atmosphere(Modified Atmosphere and Modified Atmosphere + 1-MCP)can delay the senescence of blueberry fuit during cold storage and maintain the fruit quality.During the whole storage period,it can inhibit the good fruit rate,hardness,titratable acid content and Vc content ofblueberry,and can improve the bodys ability to scavenge free radicals,to maintain a good flavor of the fruit,effectively inhibit the decrease of blueberry alcohol and esters,the role of aldehydes is not obvious3.During the storage shelf life of the blueberries,the treatment of Micro-environment box-type atmosphere(Modified Atmosphere and Modified Atmosphere + 1-MCP)can delay the aging process of the fruit,and maintain the sensory quality and nutritional quality of the fruit during storage.Composite storage method is better than the single storage can maintain the fuit rate and hardness in the process of storage.It can inhibit the decrease of the content of titratable acid and Vc ofblueberry during the storage process,there is no obvious effect on the content of soluble solids in the storage process.The compound storage method can also inhibit the respiration in the fruit storage process,thus reducing the respiration rate and ethylene production rate of the fruit.Compared with the single storage,the compound storage can better maintain the aroma components of the fruit and reduce the decline rate of the aroma components,So the composite storage compared to a single storage of blueberry preservation efect is better.4.Study on the storage quality after the logistics of the cherry tomatoes,the different varieties of grapes(Honey sweet grape,Xiahei grape,Gold wine grape),Actinidia qarguta,the results showed that the Micro-environment box-type atmosphere had obvious inhibitory effect on the sensory quality,nutritional quality and physiological quality of different berries,and it could delay the formation of aromatic substances and the oxidative decomposition of aromatic substances in the aging period to a certain extent,and Modified Atmosphere +1-MCP groups to make the fruit better storage.The results showed that the contribution rate of Actinidia qarguta was different in the spatial distribution in different storage times,and there were significant differences in odor between the treatment groups.So we can use electronic nose on the Actinidia qarguta for non-destructive identification.In summary,Micro-environment box-type atmosphere can effectively maintain the storage quality of the berries during storage,delay the fruit aging,and Modified Atmosphere+ 1-MCP treatment of berries is better for the preservation of berries,we can use it in the post-harvest storage of berry fruit. |
