Nowadays,the rapid development of modern industry in modern products and provides abundant activities for the mankind while,also caused serious pollution to the human survival environment,the water pollution problem is particularly prominent.Bismuth oxyhalide compounds have special layered structure,large surface area,high photocatalytic activity and stability.Meanwhile,compound modification can further improve the photocatalytic properties and other significant advantages.So it has great development potential in the degradation of colored dye wastewater,and has become a new direction in the field of photocatalysis research.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)The pure phase BiOCl,BiOBr and BiOI photocatalysts were prepared by solvothermal method and characterized by XRD,DRS,SEM and so on.The results show that the morphology of BiOCl,BiOBr and BiOI were three-dimensional flower balls and their diameter size were about 1-3 μm.And with the increase of the number of halogen atoms,the photocatalytic activity of BiOCl,BiOBr and BiOI increased gradually.When the catalyst dosage is 20mg,10mg/L,80ml Rhodamine B solution on the degradation rate of 50min were 90.81%,95.63%and 97.91%.(2)BiOXxY1-x and BiOXxYyZ1-x-y composite photocatalysts were prepared by ethylene glycol solvothermal method by changing the ratio of Cl,Br,I,reaction temperature andreaction time.Then by using XRD,DRS,SEM and EDS,the structure,surface morphologyand optical properties of the prepared photocatalysts were characterized and the optimumreaction conditions for the preparation of BiOXxY1-x and BiOXxYyZ1-x-y were obtained.Theresearch results show that BiOCxXBr1-x prepared when molar ratio of Cl and Br is 1:1,reactiontemperature is at 160℃,reaction time is 6h show the best photocatalytic activity.At this time,when the dosage of BiOClxBr1-x is 20mg,the photocatalytic time is 60min,the degradation rate of 20mg/L,80ml Rhodamine B solution is the highest,which is 99.17%.BiOBrxI1-x prepared when molar ratio of Br and I is 3:1,reaction temperature is at 140℃,reaction time is 15h show the best photocatalytic activity.At this time,when the dosage of BiOBrxI1-x is 20mg,the photocatalytic time is 60min,the degradation rate of 20mg/L,80ml Rhodamine B solution is the highest,which is 99.60%,BiOIxCl1-x prepared when molar ratio of I and Cl is 2:1,reaction temperature is at 120℃ reaction time is 15h show the best photocatalytic activity.At this time,when the dosage of BiOIxCl1-x is 20mg,the photocatalytic time is 60min,the degradation rate of 20mg/L,80ml Rhodamine B solution is the highest,which is 99.75%.BiOClxBryI1-x-y prepared when molar ratio of Cl,Br and I is 1:1:1,reaction temperature is at 100℃,reaction time is 3h show the best photocatalytic activity.At this time,when the dosage of BiOClxBryI1-x-y is 20mg,the photocatalytic time is 60min,the degradation rate of 20mg/L,80ml Rhodamine B solution is the highest,which is 99.92%.
