Studay On Rieter Rotor Spinning Draft Technology

With the new textile technology and equipment developing all of the worlds,rotor spinning technology appeared high production advantage in the market.But with the labor cost increasing and higher yarn quality request,decreasing the spinning cost is the basic needed of customers.With the big draft technology on rotor spinning is the main point of the whole spinning process.In this article,we study on draft technology with Rieter rotor spinning machine.We choose three kinds of material which are used frequently in rotor spinning and spin the different yarn count and application rotor yarn with three different draft technologys.Comparing the yarn CVm%,imperfections,yarn tenacity and elongation,then estimate the draft technology according to the yarn quality data.1、Choose 100% cotton,100% viscose and 100% polyester card sliver,produce the sliver weight 4ktex,5 ktex and 6 ktex sliver with RSB D45 drawframe.2、Feed the cotton sliver,viscose sliver and polyester sliver with the different sliver weight to Rieter semi-rotor spinning machine R 35 and auto-rotor spinning machine R 60.Spin the yarn Ne 10,Ne 21 and Ne 30 with knitting and weaving application.As the sliver weights are different,the drafts are different,with higher sliver weight the draft is bigger.We can estimate the draft technology when the other technology settings are same.3、After 24 hours balance in laboratory,we test the yarn.After analyzing the yarn data,we can check the draft technology and make the conclusion.For the material 100% cotton,100% viscose and 100% polyester,however semi-rotor machine R 35 or auto-machine R 60,or the coarse yarn Ne 10,normal yarn Ne 21 and finer yarn Ne 30 with different yarn application,the yarn tenacity,imperfection and elongation are on the same level,but the yarn CVm% is better with high weight sliver which means big draft technology.4、Basic on the trial results,the yarn quality is better with big draft technology,we can use the big draft technology on rotor spinning process.And according to this result,we can optimize the whole spinning process and launch this to the market for higher productivity.
