In order to alleviate some of the pollution pressure in the environment,in this paper,the process of desulfurization and denitration existing used by sulfoxide catalyst was optimized.With traditional desulfurization denitration compared two kinds of process in series,sulfoxide catalyst method with efficient desulfurization denitration catalyst and the regeneration system of catalyst,which the characteristics make SO2 and NOX be absorbed in an absorption tower.At the same time,to ensure the efficient removal of SO2 and NOX,innovative optimization of absorbing equipment and catalyst regeneration system was carried out.After the separation of the catalyst,the absorption of SO2 and NOX through the plate tower can be improved greatly.Therefore,the optimization of the absorption tower and catalyst separation system is very important for the removal of SO2 and NOX.In this study,sieve plate tower instead of spray tower to absorb the SO2 and NOX,and the effect will be improved by changing the absorption method.The original static separation process of the catalyst was replaced by the dynamic processes,and the improvement of the catalyst purity is obtained through the separation process.The preparation of chemical fertilizer is to use spray drying technology rather than the original double effect evaporative technology,through the improvement of the technology to obtain high quality fertilizer products.Through the small desulfurization denitration simulation device for experiment,the experimental results show that the desulfurization rate can reach more than 99%,the highest denitration rate can reach 90%,comprehensive high quality of chemical fertilizer price in operating cost accounting,and the cost of desulfurization denitration can save 2030%,compared to two kinds of traditional system operation in series.The experimental results show that the efficiency of the existing desulfurization is improved by the innovation of the original process.
