Reduce the plasticization temperature during processing,improve the rate of plasticization and improve the adhesion of the products are the unique performance of the chlorine vinegar paste resin,which can reduce the processing and production costs and improve product performance,so the economic value of chlorine vinegar paste resin and Market value is very good.The main properties,production process of chlorine vinegar paste resin and its processing application were comprehensively introduced in this paper,The production principle of the micro suspension method were investigated.In order to successfully developed chlorine vinegar paste resin,we constantly improve the suspension formulation and process,and the resin quality test center was set up in which the quality of raw materials,intermediate products as well as the products can be analyzed.Through lots of experiment,the polymerization of chlorine vinegar paste resin formula and application rules of all kinds of additives,including initiator system and rational matching of emulsion system,the reaction and the influence of resin quality additive is studied.The effect of drying process conditions and grinding machine on the resin quality were investigated in detail and the test process was optimized based on the experimental results.The quality of Vinyl chloride-Vinyl acetate copolymer paste resin developed in our company was compared with those produced by Japanese company and the results show that there was no significant difference between those two kinds of products.
