Because of the adverse effects of traditional chemotherapy,the use of functional carriers to deliver drugs has been extensively studied,and mesoporous silica nanoparticle(MSN)has received much attention due to various good properties.However,MSN still have the problems of poor drug controlled release ability,abrupt release and poor targeting.For those restrictions on application of MSN,in this paper,through reaction between phenylboronic acid and ortho diol bond,the MSN was used to construct multifunctional graphene oxide wrapped MSN delivery system and hyaluronic acid composite gel situ drug delivery system.In this paper,the doxorubicin(DOX)was loaded in the DA-functionalized MSN.The graphene oxide(GO)sheets functionalized with disulfide bond and PBA were used as sensitive gate for MSN.The boronic acid groups modified on the outer surface of GO can potentially serve as ligands to reach the targeted delivery for cancer treatment.The results of FT-IR,UV-vis,TEM and XRD indicate that the functionalized GO capped MSN was constructed successfully.The vitro release studies showed that the prepared carrier could inhibit premature leakage under physiological pH and has a good sensitivity to low pH and GSH.Toxicity test revealed that all the blank nanoparticles have good biocompatibility,whereas the DOX-loaded nanoparticles demonstrated efficient growth inhibition toward He La cells.In conclusion,we constructed a multifunctional graphene oxide wrapped MSN successfully.The constructed carrier inhibited the premature leakage successfully and the drug release was controlled by pH and GSH.On the other hand,hyaluronic acid(HA)was modified with dopamine(DA),then the phenylboronic acid functionalized mesoporous silica(MSN-PBA)was loaded into HA-DA polymer to form injectable composite gel.The gel viscosity becomes higher and the internal pore becomes tighter when the concentration of nanoparticles is improved properly.The release studies showed that the gel has good acid sensitivity.In conclusion,the pH sensitive release and inhibition of premature leakage was reached successfully by the constructed gel.
