In the increasingly fierce competition in the steel market,Bayi Steel efforts to develop new products,reduce costs and increase efficiency in the background,this paper carried out research on the production of sucker rod steel,put forward the improvement scheme,which is made satisfa ctory results.Bayi Steel sucker rod steel finished product pass was originally provided by Danieli company,there is no expansion angle of the hole,so the entire hole is a base circle.Such pass can ensure minimum roundness,while the pass slip capacity is extremely low,slightly temperature fluctuations or material form will lead to handle,which greatly influence on yield.In addition,to prevent the partial when use sucker rod steel,people always casting nylon sleeve on it.The traditional grooved rolling out a circular steel sucker rods,so that the sliding sleeve nylon rod up and down and will affect use.Meanwhile,large quantities of sucker rod steel appears toe cracks,which caused us great losses.To solve these practical problems,we carried out the following studies:1)Modified the finished product pass,with the opening angle of the hole using,both to ensure smaller roundness,but also to ensure a high yield;2)Designed a stable steel nail hole sucker rod in the hole slotting a section of wavy grooves,when the user uses the nylon sleeve,can casting rod waves at the site;3)By improving the pendulum shear temperature to eliminate the toe cracks,and achieved very good results.
