In this paper,we designed and synthesized six sugar derivatives by Click reaction, basing on glucose, xylose as a raw material and coumarin, binaphthol, fluorescein as the fluorophore. The final structure of the product is verified by nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy.Their optical properties have been studied systematically.Excess carboxylic acid reacted with glucose or xylose with a little perchloric acid as a catalyst, then Full-acetyl-sugar compound can be obtained; It reacted with PBr3 which come from the reaction of red phosphorus and bromine solution, then 1-bromo-full-acetyl sugar compound can be got;Sugar azide compounds are synthesized by Further substitution reaction and hydrolysis reaction.Selecting coumarin, binaphthol, fluorescein as fluorophore, fluorophore linked with 3-bromo-propyne under the action of anhydrous K2CO3;Finally,Sugar azide compounds react with a fluorophore which linked with 3-bromo-propyne,and sugar derivatives are obtained by Click Reaction.Experiments show:This method not only has the advantage of short synthetic route and high total yield, but also obtained product of high purity. The Study of optical properties have shown that:Compared with M1,M2,M3 has the best UV data include the maximum absorption wavelength 480 nm,the wide bandgap 2.4 eV,the maximum emission wavelength 574 nm and the fluorescence quantum yield 36.8%.M6 is consistent with results of M3.Therefore,with the gradual increase fluorophore electron capacity, the optical properties of the target molecule is gradually lifting.
