Research On Land Use Change And Evaluation Of Ecological Environment Quality

The western development strategy in recent years began to raise gradually,the western region of China urban development is rapid,steady economic growth,and gradually improve infrastructure construction,population scale to realize substantial increase,with the accelerating process of industrialization.The unreasonable expansion and blind expansion of urban land will breed a lot of ecological environment problems,resulting in the degradation of ecological environment quality.Especially for the southwest plateau mountainous area,it has plateau mountain natural geographical features,terrain is given priority to with mountain,PingBa less,complex topography,land ecological environment fragile,under such circumstances,the unreasonable expansion of city caused by the decrease of the quality of the ecological environment problem is more prominent,the change of land use will cause changes in the ecosystem,eventually resulting in a loss of ecological environment quality.In view of this problem,it is of great significance to study regional land use change and ecological environment quality and to rationally utilize land in the region and promote regional sustainable development.This study selected is located in the plateau mountainous area of the Dali as the research object,using remote sensing and GIS technology platform,select(2000,2010,2017,remote sensing image data to analyze for the Dali research and land use type information.Study the remote sensing images obtained by image processing the final interpretation of the Dali land use information,analyze the process of land use change,and with the help of a new RSEI ecological environmental quality assessment index to comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the Dali ecological environmental quality from 2000 to 2017,it can quantitative analysis of the ecological environmental quality as the change of land use types and influence,In this result,the author puts forward some specific countermeasures to adjust the land use structure,so as to make the ecosystem sustainable and healthy,and the land use mode is optimized.Through the interpretation and analysis of remote sensing images in the study area in 2000,2010 and 2017,the results show that:(1)The land use change characteristic of Dali city is a large increase in the area of construction land,from 120km~2 in 2000 to 234km~2 in 2017.Cultivated land from2000 in 288 km~2 has been reduced to 2017 in 258 km~2,woodland from 2000 in 771km~2 was reduced to 2017 in 734 km~2,same waters or unused from 225 km~2 and 332km~2 in 2000 reduced to 2017,218 km~2 and 292 km~2,which other/unused land,cultivated land to reduce the size of the largest,this is mainly due to the city's rapid development and expansion,construction land increase gradually,more and more cultivated land and unused land into urban construction land and human activities on land ecological caused serious damage.(2)The RSEI establishes a comprehensive evaluation system to evaluate the regional ecological environment quality by obtaining four indicators of green degree,humidity,heat and dry degree in remote sensing image information.It can not only evaluate the ecological environment quality of the region according to the quantitative index,but also can directly show the difference of regional ecological environment quality.The research shows that the RSEI index of Dali city in 2000,2010 and 2017is 0.669,0.653 and 0.641 respectively,which is generally in the"good"level,and is decreasing continuously during the study period.From 2000 to 2017,the quality of ecological environment in Dali city gradually deteriorated.Among them,the ecological environment quality for the"poor","poor"and"good"area mainly for small area of bare soil,water and building density larger city center area,the ecological environment quality is"good"and"optimal"mainly by forest land and farmland vegetation coverage,such as a larger area.(3)According to the change of land use situation of the Dali,Dali ecological environment sustainable development to the following security measures are put forward:(1)The urban construction land expansion control,ensure that urban and ecological economic common development;(2)The distribution pattern of land use should be adjusted reasonably.(3)Actively and scientifically promote the strategy of"town climbing up the mountain"and build eco-friendly mountain towns.
