Sargassum fusiforme contains rich mineral elements,various natural plant growth regulatorys and much natural active ingredients,like fucoidans and phlorotannins.So Sargassum fusiforme is very suitable to use in the production of seaweed fertilizer.While up to now it has not seen that Sargassum fusiforme has been used as fertilizer at home and abroad.Therefore,this article uses Sargassum fusiforme as raw material to research Sargassum fusiforme fertilizers and their application.The main results obtained are as follows:(1)Taking degradation rate as the evaluation index and using cellulase as degradation enzyme and the factors of enzyme dosage,pH,temperature,solid-liquid ratio and reaction time are selected as experimental factors,after several single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.the optimal hydrolysis conditions of Sargassum fusiforme is found to be:enzyme dosage 200u/ml,pH 4.5,temperature 50 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1:50 and reaction time 2h.(2)The leaching experiments on the organic-inorganic compound fertilizer of Sargassum fusiforme showed that the organic-inorganic compound fertilizer of Sargassum fusiforme had a certain degree of sustained-release effect on the ammonium nitrogen and could reduce the leaching loss of ammonium nitrogen.But it has no sustained release effect on nitrate.(3)There is synergy between Sargassum fusiforme degeneration liquid and humic acid.In keeping the pakchoi ’ s leaf color dark green;increasing cabbage sugar and VC content;increasing soil urease ’ s and catalase ’ s activity Sargassum fusiforme humic acid water-soluble fertilizer is better than the Sargassum fusiforme organic water-soluble fertilizer and the humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer.(4)On the yield increaseing and the increaseing of soluble sugar,promoting the absorption and utilization of N,P and K elements,decreasing the nitrate content of pakchoi,improveing soil catalase activity the effect of organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer of Sargassum fusiforme is better than the organic-inorganic compound fertilizer of Kelp.On the premise of maintaining the output there is 20%space to reduce the usage of the Sargassum organic-inorganic compound fertilizer compare with chemical fertilizer.
