With the continuous improvement of society,the science and technology of machinery and electricity have been continuously improved and developed,and the automation equipment that satisfies various kinds of functions have also emerged one after another.As traditional tools have failed to meet the demands of modern society for efficient work,the current large-format paintings are facing such dilemmas.Nowadays,when painters make large-format or very large-format works,they usually rely on manual handling of scaffolding or ladders to assist the movement.In this case,the author's personal safety can not be guaranteed while the authoring is inefficient.To solve these problems,according to the requirements of the actual project,a painter's chair with the functions of moving and lifting in the front,rear,left and right direction has been developed.According to the project requirements,using Delta DVP32ES01R2 series of programmable logic controller,the lifting and moving system and the anti-collision system of the painter's seat has been designed.First of all,according to the description of the functional requirements of the chair,the mechanical structure of the painter's seat were designed and modeled by the UG software.Then,the overall assembly analyzed the rationality of the structure and whether the parts interfered with each other.Then according to the requirements of characteristics performance,the dye tray,hand-supported table top and drawing board were designed.Through the related methods,the hardware of the system was designed and selected,and the hardware wiring diagram of the system was completed.Based on the software design part of PLC,the flow chart of the control framework,,the PLC I/O port distribution and overall program were given,the design of hardware and software of the painter's chair lift and movement system were realized.In addition,according to the practical needs,a collision avoidance system for the painter's seat was designed.Simultaneous detection and discrimination of obstacles in a certain fan-shaped area were achieved by placing two photoelectric switch sensors at a certain angle,which makes up for the large deficiency of single sensor detection blind spot.The painter's seat has been applied to the actual workplaces,which solves the dilemma of the painter's ladder painting and improves the creative efficiency.
