| The oil needed increase day by day for nations of the world,the transport of oil develop quickly,so the oil spill accidents have occurred.Marine oil pollution not only threatens marine ecological security,but also affects human health by seafood.Therefore,it is extremely important for governing sea oil pollution.In this paper,fly ash as raw material,synthesize Na-P Zeolite by alkali fusion hydrothermal synthesis method,based Fe3O4,synthesize Fe3O4@TiO2 nanometer materials by hydrothermal biomimetic synthesis method,and through the coating synthesis method to prepared magnetic molecular sieve composite,and explore the optimal condition,using SEM,XRD,BET,FT-IR,TG,DSC,VSM characterization methods,the structure and properties are tested.Finally simulated the sea spill,observe the magnetic distribution of molecular sieve composites in simulated unit and its adsorption properties of oils.This paper results as follows:1.Preparation of Na-P molecular sieve by alkali fusion hydrothermal synthesis method,the tests show that:it is the most favorable for the synthesis of Na-P zeolite molecular sieve,when the grey base ratio is 1:1.2,the crystallization temperature is90°C,the crystallization time is 24 h.The results show that Na-P zeolite molecular sieve surface is sphere,lamellar structure and large surface area.2.Preparation of Fe3O4 through the thermal decomposition of oleic acid iron compound,Fe3O4 as magnetic cores,4 isopropyl titanate as precursor,Fe3O4 surface coated nano TiO2 by hydrothermal method of biomimetic synthesis,analysis the preparation of Fe3O4 and nano magnetic Fe3O4@TiO2,the experimental results show that the TiO2 cladding in Fe3O4 particles surface effectively,formed the good cladding layer.3.Using Na-P molecular sieve,and Fe3O4@TiO2 as raw material,preparation load magnetic Fe3O4@TiO2 molecular sieves,the results show that the magnetic Fe3O4@TiO2 does not affect the skeleton structure of the molecular sieve,but affect the molecular sieve morphology.Measuring the gasoline,kerosene and heavy oil absorption ratio,is 8,22 and 48 g/g,respectively.4.Using Na-P molecular sieve and magnetic Fe3O4@TiO2 materials as raw materials,preparation of different density weight by controlling the raw materials of different proportion of composite oil absorption material,and observing the composite functional material in the sea simulation device of oil absorption effect.It is found that adjusting to the amount of raw material,made of different density and weight composite functional materials,through the third party test for petroleum hydrocarbon degradation rate of water within 7 days,the average degradation rate of functional material is 58.261.3%. |
