In recent years,the port has gradually become an important driving force for China's economic development.At the same time,the port is also the main source of environmental pollution and energy consumption.In the context of deteriorating environmental conditions and energy crisis in China,Some experts and scholars put forward the concept of green port development and advocate to create a green port,coordinated development.Port as a key link in the transport of coal and bear the role of storage and transport.Due to the environmental specificity of the port coal yard and in order to consider the wind and dust suppression effect,traditional ports will be built around the coal yard of different types of windbreak network.As a new port coal yard wind and dust suppression methods,wind network is more and more by the industry's favor.However,the effect of windbreak is limited.The effect is usually in the next 2 to 7 times of the net high distance and the height of action is below 0.75 times the net height.This paper focuses on the construction of green harbors in Tianjin coastal area and is aimed at promoting the fifth-generation port in the coastal areas to get better development.Through the study of traditional port coal storage method of wind and dust suppression effect,found its own problems.For some inevitable contradictions,put forward new ideas and daring Imagination and Research on New Port Coal Storage.First of all,compared with the traditional method of wind and dust storage dust effect,the feasibility of the coal storage method of the sinking port is obtained.Depth study on the way of coal storage in the sinking port can provide reference for the new way of coal storage in port.By using fluent numerical simulation software,the wind speed at different heights and different horizontal distances after the wind-shelter was analyzed.And then the change of wind speed at different height and distance without subsidence was studied.The feasibility of new port coal storage method is demonstrated.Compared with a sinking wind field when there is a sinking wind field without stacking and to get closer to the real scene of the wind effect,the wind speed and pressure at the fixed point are studied.On the basis of the former,setting different wind screens height and different stacking heights,study the wind speed of the test point.Then get the best combination of network height and stacking.Through the front fixed pit depth,slope,high stack height,carries out soil mechanics research.Do geological survey on the proposed site.Measure the bearing capacity of foundation by field measurement.Discuss settlement and horizontal displacement of foundation under the action of stacking with finite element.Finally,judge the feasibility of the new port coal storage method in Tianjin coastal soft soil area.
