In this paper,vesicular Si O2?V-SiO2?was prepared by hydrothermal method using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and didodecyldimethylammonium bromide as structural constituents.V-SiO2 with 6–7 layers can be observed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy?HRTEM?.In this experiment,V-Si O2@polyaniline?V-Si O2@PANI?composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization using 6–7 layers V-SiO2 as hard template and aniline as raw materials.And vesicular PANI?VPANI?is prepared by etching of V-SiO2 in the V-SiO2@PANI composites with HF.We mainly determined by Fourier infrared spectrometer that the final material composition is PANI,and mainly through the HRTEM observed that PANI is vesicular.In this experiment,graphene oxide?GO?nanosheets were successfully prepared by modified Hummers method.GO is determined by X-ray diffraction test.To improve the thermal stability and supercapacitor properties of VPANI,VPANI@reduced graphene oxide?VPANI@RGO?composites were prepared via the sample self-assembly and hydrothermal reduction methods.The thermogravimetric analysis results confirm that the VPANI@RGO composites have a higher thermal stability than VPANI.The Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses reveal a strong?–?electron and hydrogen bond interaction between RGO and VPANI in the VPANI@RGO composites.The electrochemical tests reveal that,given the synergistic effect of graphene and VPANI,the VPANI@RGO composites,as supercapacitor electrode materials,exhibit a higher specific capacitance of 573 F g–1at 1 A g–1 discharge current density as well as a high cycling stability.Therefore,unlike pure graphene or VPANI,the capacity of VPANI@RGO composites?up to85.7%?is maintained over 1000 cycles at a current densityof 1 A g–1.The article has a few innovations:?1?V-Si O2@PANI composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization using V-Si O2 as the hard template.VPANI was obtained by etching.?2?VPANI@GO composites were synthesized by self-assembly of GO and VPANI,and then VPANI@RGO composites were prepared by hydrothermal method.?3?Compared with VPANI materials,VPANI@RGO composites have better electrochemical performance.
