During the manufacture process of the enterprises,production facilities are indispensable.Processing precision,productive efficiency and the operation stability are all closely related to the quality of products and the business enterprise performance.It can be said that equipment upgrading is an eternal theme in the development of an enterprise.In order to make sure that equipment can run safely and efficiency,that its productivity can be maximized,that it can produce more qualified products in its limited service life,the factor is that technical specification and the working ability of the equipment need to match up with the manufacture process.In the current market,most fabric cutting machines have the problems that they are low precision,low productivity and low degree of automation,etc.Considering the problems above,the fabric cutting machine is redesigned to solve those problems.On the basis of giving an insight into the present situation of the fabric cutting machine,it is analyzed in detail how the equipment is not adapted to the production so that PLC,Servo,converter and HMI products,which match with the current stage,are selected to redesign the fabric cutting machine basing on the actual production requirements.A design scheme is proposed to meet the demand,the soft and hardware control system of the equipment is also being designed and implemented basing on the scheme.The development of fabric cutting machine,designed in this thesis,benefits enterprise a lot.First of all,it can boost the productivity so that it can meet the various needs to produce different types of goods at the same time.Besides,the perfect control over processing precision makes the quality be greatly improved,which also makes the products be more competitive.Raising the degree of automation and the further improvement of protective functions also contribute to saving the labor cost.After the machine is put on stream,it is proved that designing scheme in this thesis is applicable and that it can also achieve the expected results in the actual production exercises.
