Wugou coal mine is located in the territory of Anhui County of Suixi province for concealed coalfield,one mining area south of the mine for coal quality industry.According to the mining thickness,when the mine is preliminary designed,the mining area of the West Wing of one mining area is designed at the upper limit of-340m,and more than 370 tons of coal is pressed.This has caused serious loss of resources and has aroused strong doubts about its rationality.Therefore,it is urgent to study how to reduce the waterproof coal pillar in the 1016 inner working face under the aquifer.The Wugou coal mine 1016 inner working face as the research object,systematically analyzes the roadway layout system of five coal mine mining design,mining process,main coal seam overburden structure characteristics,rock hardness,damage range,degree of surface movement and deformation.On the basis of the exploration and construction of hydrological data,combined with the"two belts"mining geological conditions of one mining area,set up 2 before mining and hydrological exploration hole sampling,1016-1 and 1016-2,rock mechanics and water physical properties test of rock.The results show that the overlying strata of coal seam roof are soft rock stratum with water resisting ability of water resistance is well and it is unfavorable to fissure development.What is more,According to the test results of rock properties,it is concluded that the water separation performance of rock formation is better.Secondly,the change of mining pressure,displacement and plastic zone of the surrounding rock and the fault with different face advance distance is studied by FLAC3D software simulation method.Results showed that mining pressure,displacement and plastic zone of the surrounding rock and the fault increased with the increase of the goaf area.Because the mining pressure,displacement and plastic zone in the middle of the working face are larger than in the end of the working face,the reasonable setting of waterproof coal pillars near fault should draw on the range of destruction in the middle of the working face.According to the simulation analysis of the waterproof coal pillar height 30.9m and computer numerical waterproof coal pillar according to the formula method to design the height of 27.32m,the waterproof coal pillar according to the actual analog set the height of35.37m,comparing with different methods for the design of waterproof coal column height,the reducing waterproof coal pillar mining is feasible.Finally,through the comparison and analysis with the adjacent coal mine,it is concluded that based on the flood prevention,1016 inner working face can be mined safely by combined with the successful experience of other similar working face.
