| In this paper,Fe-Si-B amorphous strips produced by the three kinds of single-roller melt-spinning methods were used as the experimental material, and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)was used to analyze the composition of three amorphous strips. These three kind of Fe-Si-B amorphous strips were annealed at different temperatures. Then their microstructure and crystallization process were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and superconducting quantum interferometer(SQUID)was employed to study the effect of annealing temperature on the soft magnetic properties of amorphous strips. This paper comprehensively evaluated the effects of annealing temperature on the microstructure, glass transition and soft magnetic properties of Fe-Si-B amorphous strips and then drew the following conclusions:The three kinds of Fe-Si-B amorphous strips were respectively Fe91.63B1.20Si7.09,Fe91.60B1.66Si6.41 and Fe81.70B1.53Si7.65.The crystallization process of Fe91.63B1.20Si7.09amorphous strip was studied by the X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that when the annealing temperature reached 200℃,the sharp peak of the crystal sample did not appear in the XRD pattern, and the amorphous sample was completely amorphous. As the annealing temperature increased, the sharp peak appeared in the X-ray diffraction pattern, and this indicated that crystallization occurred during the annealing process. The crystallization process of Fe91.63B1.20Si7.09 amorphous strip was further studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that two crystallization exothermic peaks appeared in Fe91.63B1.20Si7.09amorphous strip during the exothermic process, which indicated that the crystallization behavior of Fe91.63B1.20Si7.09 amorphous strip occurred twice.Compared with the XRD pattern,it was found that the crystalline material appearing in the first crystallization behavior is Fe3Si,and that appearing in the second one is Si4Cu15.The thermal stability of the three kinds of Fe-Si-B amorphous strips was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that there were two crystallization exothermic peaks in all of the three kinds of amorphous strips during the exothermic process, which showed that the two kinds of amorphous strip have two crystallization behaviors. In addition,by comparing the crystallization temperature of the three kinds of amorphous strips,it was concluded that different contents of Nb and Cu elements have a great influence on the thermal stability of Fe-Si-B amorphous strip. The effect of annealing on the magnetic properties of Fe-Si-B amorphous strip was analyzed by using a superconducting quantum interferometer(SQUID).The results showed that the selected amorphous strips Fe91.63B1.20Si7.09 had excellent magnetic properties, and the residual magnetization could reach 74.37 KA/m;the coercivity,12.04 A/m;the saturation magnetic induction intensity,1.6T.The thermal stability of the amorphous strip had a great influence on the magnetic properties of the amorphous strip. When the temperature rose to the crystallization transition temperature, the residual magnetization and the coercivity of the amorphous strip were several times higher than that before the crystallization. When the annealing temperature kept below530℃,the magnetic properties of Fe91.63B1.27Si7.09 amorphous strip can be improved. |
