Rubber vulcanization accelerator TBBS?also known as NS?,chemical name:N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide,not only widely used in rubber processing industry,but also as environmentally friendly one of the promoters at home and abroad Widely used increase difficulty on treating its waste water,just for which has brine and hyper-concentration organic,so which hinder development of our company.In this thesis,in order to reduce the salt content and organic matter in waste water,for the purpose of preparing TBBS products with high efficiency and high purity,on the basis of adding quantitative dispersing agent,hydrogen peroxide as main oxidant and sodium hypochlorite as auxiliary oxidant synthesis were used to prepare TBBS.The main raw materials in this paper are tert-butylamine and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole?also known as the vulcanization accelerator MBT?,adding quantitative dispersant?pull powder chemical raw materials?and sodium hypochlorite as auxiliary oxidant synthesis.Followed by a beating,salt,oxidation,filtration,washing and drying and a series of steps.On the basis of adding quantitative dispersing agent,H2O2 as the main oxidant,sodium hypochlorite as a secondary oxidant,synthetic rubber accelerator TBBS.and sodium hypochlorite as auxiliary oxidant synthesis.Followed by a beating,salt,oxidation,filtration,washing and drying and a series of steps.The technical indexes of TBBS were detected and Effect of some factors,such as beating time,beating temperature,the molar ratio of tert-butylamine and accelerator M,the molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide and accelerator M,the hydrogen peroxide's oxidation reaction temperature and oxidation reaction time,the dropping temperature and time of sodium hypochlorite on the yield and quality of TBBS were studied.Then the optimum reaction conditions is obtained by orthogonal experiment,under this optimum conditions,The yield reached 95.1%under the optimum conditions,and the purity reached 99.4%by HPLC.The technical indexes were all up to the standard of the domestic industry.The research of the characteristics of TBBS application in rubber vulcanization shows that:the products could extend the rubber scorch time when it did not affect the curing rate and has better processing safety performance,and can guarantee the physical properties of the vulcanized rubber,especially the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber is better.At the same time,as compared with the traditional sodium hypochlorite method,the content of waste water could be diminished by about 35.6%and the salinity in the waster water could be reduced by about 88.6%.COD in the waste water could be reduced by around 11000mg/L down to about 6300mg/L.The changes of these may be very conducive for the subsequent water treatment.The aforementioned study indicated that the method of producing TBBS with hydrogen peroxide as main oxidant and sodium hypochlorite as auxiliary oxidant synthesis on the basis of adding quantitative dispersing agent can get the same yield with the sodium hypochlorite as oxidizing agent,and obtained more pure TBBS,less impurity.The main thing is that there were less salt and less organic pollutants in waste water.So the mixed oxidation process is considered as green and valuable process.
