Development And Application Of A New Cigarette Labeling Paper Testing System

With the rapid development of social economy,cigarette products are changing rapidly and brands are constantly being updated.And label paper build up the bridge of the enterprise brand and consumers,trademark for the establishment of the growing importance of brand,the consumers' first purchase power is largely governed by the trademark brand packaging.Therefore,to ensure that the correct label paper,qualified,beautiful,has become decided to product quality and the most important factors influencing the enterprise prestige image,this reflects the more prominent in the cigarette products.It is the most basic and key link in the implementation of "total quality management" for cigarette packaging companies to implement the "total quality management".First of all,the thesis based on original packaging machine trademark paper detection device in the research and analysis,found that the original color standard sensor detection device which exists some shortcomings and defects:(1)a single function,put the can only detect whether the label paper,label paper barcode cannot be detected;(2)the operation is cumbersome,and each change of the trademark paper shall be calibrated;(3)the identification precision is poor,and the color of the mixed brand paper is not similar.Secondly,combined with customer requirements and the analysis of actual production condition of constraint condition,proposed several solutions,the machine vision detection and single-chip microcomputer technology used in cigarette packets trademark test paper,design a set of new label paper detection system,and the working principle of the system,the overall structure of the system and the selection of hardware equipment are analyzed in detail.Finally,the operation specification requirements and precautions of the system are summarized.By statistical comparison shows that this system not only has the function of color standard sensor,also solved the sensor to adjust frequency is high,the primary colors cannot detect mixed with barcode label paper,cannot detect trademark paper error or unreadable,effectively preventing the quality accident and quality problem,improved results have been achieved.
