TiO2 photocatalytic oxidation was been widely applied in dyeing wastewater treatment process for its stable,activity and high catalytic efficiency.But in conventional TiO2photocatalytic oxidation applications exists the problems that the low activity of photocatalytic material,and the powder TiO2 photocatalytic materials provided shielding effect which decrease utilization of light energy and recovery after requirement to pervent secondary pollution。And the conventional fixed TiO2 photocatalyst material had disadvanyes of the less mass transfer and low quantity of wastewater treatment for the illumination area.In order to solve above problems,I prepared by sol-gel method to modified nano TiO2photocatalytic materials by add Fe3+.And then load it on the surface of flat glass.We investigated the optimal conditions for the new meterial,and designed a modified load nanometer TiO2 photocatalysis turntable.The main contents are as follows:1、I use response surface method to establish second-order polynomial model,and use Design expert softwar to compesite the experment and to analyze the results.To studies the effect of different Fe3+addition,load times and calcination temperature on the degredation of modified nano TiO2 photocatalytic materials doming its preparetion.The analysis of test data was conducted to identify the optimal conditions supported nano TiO2 prepareing.I used scanning electron microscopy method,X-ray diffraction method,and fourier transform method to testing the modified nano TiO2 photocatalytic materials.2、I use the new modified supported nanometer TiO2 photocatalytic,the powder P25turntable with nano TiO2 photocatalyst and the unmodified supported nano TiO2 photocatalyst to degradation the solution of methylene blue under the same reaction conditions,and make comparative and analysis between the three kinds of meterials.3、I analysis different rotary speed,different initial concentrat of the solution,different pH of the solution and different number of cases to reuse in the impact of new load type modified TiO2 photocatalytic degradation efficiency turntable in degrade methylene blue solution.
