The soil of the city and the suburbs are an important part of the urban environment,and its also the basis of the development of modern agriculture.The soil environment directly affects the quality and safety of agricultural products,thus affecting the health of urban population.In recent years,the phenomenon of organic pollution in China has worsened and there is an urgent need to develop the technology with economical,efficient and safe organic control to ensure the safety of ecological environment and the sustainable use of land resources.In this study,two kinds of persistent organic pollutants be set as the research object which named dichloro diphenyl trichloroethane(DDTs)and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs).Based on the technology,two regulations be add in the thenology of "rhamnolipid fortified plants-microbial remediation of DDTs-PAHs contaminated soil" with plant growth promoting rhizobacteria(G)and lignin on,to aim atoptimize the original,at the same time,the quality and soil enzyme activity of rape rape were investigated to investigate the environmental friendliness of the technology.After the experments in the middle-high pollted soil,the results showed that the technology with G and ligin get the bust result,the degradation of DDTs and PAHs were 27.48% and53.26%,but this could enhance the cffect of the BCF of the rape.The technology only with ligin is the worst result,but it can help the degradate of the high-rings PAHs and o-p’ DDT.The technology with G can keep a high polluted of soil remediation efficiency and can play a role in the control of rape enrichment of pollutants,the removal rates of DDTs and PAHs were 22.26% and 46.71%.After the end of the repair,the different control measures had no obvious inhibitory effect on soil enzyme activity.With the Pearson bivariate correlation analysis,there was a linear relationship between the activity of polyphenol oxidase,phosphatase and invertase and the degradation rate of pollutants.The enzyme activity is defined as the microecological index in the process of organic pollutant removal.Finally,plant growth promoting rhizobacteria regulated the rape-PAHs specific degrading bacteria combined remediation of PAHs contaminated soil was the best method in this experiment.The technology of economic green,no secondary pollution,with side edge production side of the technical advantages,can be applied to the high concentration of organic pollution in the field of repair.
