In the textile industry,in view of the sudden breakage of the spinning machine during the spinning process,and it’s difficulty to be found.So,it is necessary for the operator to inspect the inspection with his eyes.However,this method of work is labor-intensive and workers are also prone to produce visual fatigue,and result in misjudgment of broken yarn.Eventually failure to detect and repair yarn breakage on the spinning frame in real time,and this could result in the failure of some parts of the spinning machine.And this will cause the spinning frame not function properly.The spinning machine is the key equipment in the entire production chain.Once it is damaged,the spinning system of the textile factory will not be able to operate effectively,and may result in economic loss.Therefore,for the questions of yarn broken,a real-time yarn break detection system based on machine vision detection & internet has been developed.This paper mainly discusses how to realize the software development of yarn break detection based on machine vision.It introduces the module of image acquisition and processing.The module of data transmission between the testing end and the server side,and the wiring module of the mobile terminal.It is detailedly discussed that the core principle of image processing in terms of image recognition.Firstly,preprocess the high-quality pictures after obtaining it,including image clipping and morphological processing.Tarjan algorithm and average gray scale curve are used to determine yarn breakage and OCR technology is used to identify the location code..In the server-side data transfer module,the cloud server site set up and Microsoft SQL2012 database installation made a brief description.And the paper introduced the use of HTTP protocol through the GET method of data transmission,and the server end of the yarn path planning for a specific description.Then,combined with the actual planning of the workshop to explore how to solve the shortest path reference to Dijkstra algorithm.Not only that the cloud server plans out the best wiring path according to the current position of the inspection engineer and sends the best wiring path to the cell phone of the inspector regularly,but the information after the disconnection problem is fixedly sent back to the server by the cell phone of the inspector.Server database can also be broken yarn information display,query and management.The facts show that the algorithm is better than the best path planning objectives.Finally,the whole broken yarn testing system was tested.The experimental results of the system show that the missing detection rate can be no more than 5 ‰ without error checking,which can effectively improve the wiring efficiency and reduce labor.And for a certain high rate of broken machine marked display is conducive to artificial separate analysis broken yarn causes.Thereby,the spinning mode of production and production efficiency can be prompted. |
