| With the development of China’s steel industry,the demand for steel materials is constantly increasing,and the testing requirements for steel products are constantly increasing.For steel plate shape detection is an important indicator of steel testing an important one.In the shape detection,the detection of the contour of the steel plate is one of the most important parts.At present,the traditional method based on artificial visual inspection has lagged far behind and can not meet the testing requirements of the contour of the steel plate completely.However,the method of detecting the contour of the steel plate is not contact and non-contact at present.In this paper,a non-contact medium-thick steel plate profile detection system based on binocular vision technology is studied.The binocular camera vision imaging technology is used.The laser line is used as the feature of the steel plate image and the endpoint of the line laser is extracted.The extracted coordinate points are matched with the speed information of the steel plate,so that the matched points are fitted to the steel plate profile.Based on this detection system has also developed a remote monitoring platform for contour detection to achieve the remote monitoring of the contour of the plate.The specific points are as follows:(1)Introduced the current profile technology for profiled materials and its development trend,introduced the development of non-contact profile detection and the development of remote monitoring technology(2)The overall layout of detection system and related detection components are introduced.The key image processing algorithms are explained and analyzed in detail.The camera model is established to describe the coordinate system conversion relationship in binocular vision system.(3)According to non-contact profile detection technology,the image edge extraction technology based on image mosaic is analyzed and discussed.A feature of the most plate image based on point laser and line laser combination is proposed.Point laser spot center extract guest comparison analysis.Aiming at the endpoint extraction of line laser,the projection method isused to determine the horizontal position by using the top-down vertical position and curve fitting.And through the magnetic sensor,the calculation of steel speed.(4)The development and construction of a remote contour detection monitoring platform to achieve the real-time monitoring of the contour of the steel sheet,page dynamic refresh,download historical data browsing,to meet the needs of staff. |
