In recent years,With the domestic growing area of hemp,more hempseed were produced in China.Hempseed oil was the most important components of hempseed,more and more widely applied in functional food.But hempseed oil was not easy to store,greatly limits its application.This paper firstly established GC-MS hempseed oil fatty acid analysis,in view of the hempseed oil storage environment of a series of studies,The difference of fatty acid content and oxidation process of hempseed oil under different environment was discussed.Then hempseed oil oxidation products were under different environment.The technological conditions of the emulsification of hempseed oil were investigated and applied to the fine chemical products.The concrete research content is as follows:(1)Hempseed oil fatty acid GC-MS analysis establish: optimizing the diversion ratio of the GC conditions,heating rate,test time,save time and accurate GC-MS analysis method.GC detection conditions: HP-5MS chromatographic column,the injector temperature 280?,detector temperature was 280?,helium gas flow rate was: 0.8 mL/min,shunt than 20:1,sample volume was 1.0m L.Temperature program: initial temperature 100?,keep 1 min;Continue to 15?/min up to 200?,keep 2 min.To 1.5 ?/ min up to 240?,keep 4 min.A total of 41 min.Mass spectrometry(MS)condition: injection temperature 300?,EI ionization mode,electron energy 70 ev,scanning ion collection,solvent delay 3 min.(2)Hempseed oil physical and chemical properties under different environment analysis: through two different methods(cold and hot pressed)study hempseed oil in low temperature away from light and at room temperature away from light,oven,indoor environment and outdoor environment,explored the appearance of the oil and the change of the ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum,and GC-MS methods to analyze fatty acids in oils.The results show that the oil color?transparency and smell are influenced by temperature and illumination,the higher the temperature,the stronger the light,the lower stability of grease,fade the more obvious,the lower the transparency,and easy to produce irritating smell.By GC-MS method,16 kinds of fatty acids were identified,and two different ways of oil fatty acid composition was the same,but the content was different.In the UVC(200 ~ 260 nm)and UVB(270 ~ 320 nm)has a strong absorption peak,can better absorb ultraviolet light and suitable materials for sunscreen.(3)Under the different environment hempseed oil oxidation product analysis: hempseed oil is stored in low temperature away from light and at room temperature away from light?oven?indoor environment?outdoor environment five conditions,first by TLC method to identify oil oxidation degree,using headspace solid phase micro-extraction gas phase-mass spectrometry,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method is more comprehensive analysis of the hempseed oil the kinds of volatile products.Studies have shown that store five months,five conditions are trailing is apparent in the spot.Among them,the low temperature away from light environment,trailing a shallow trailing spot is the most serious in outdoor environment.Through the low temperature away from light,outdoor environment under the condition of two kinds of grease infrared characterization,grease with aldehydes and ketones ? alcohols and other substances.Through the HS-SPME/GC/MS,HPLC method,volatile gas in oil is as follows:(1)the low temperature cold pressed: 5 kinds of aldehydes,1 ketones,alcohols,hydrocarbon;(2)low temperature hot pressed: 13 kinds of aldehyde,2 kinds of ketone;(3)outside cold pressed: 19 kinds of aldehyde,ketone of three kinds of,1 kind of hydrocarbons,4 kinds of acid;(4)outdoor hot pressed: 19 kinds of aldehyde,three kinds of ketone,1 kind of hydrocarbons,4 kinds of acid.In the oil under the environment of four kinds of common volatile odor is 2-heptene aldehyde,2-decylolefine aldehyde and 2,4 – sebacic olefine aldehyde.(4)Hempseed oil emulsion to explore the technological conditions:this paper studied the water?oil?surfactant and co-surfactant such as consisting of a stable and homogeneous dispersion system.Research showed that the stability of cold and hot pressed hempseed oil emulsion: surfactants Span80 and Tween80,HLB value was about 7.5,the optimal proportion for 15:3:3.Emulsion belongs to O/W,short-term stability using centrifugation,in 4000 r/min,time for 20 min,emulsion without delamination,the emulsion stability is good.Long time storage(90 days),hempseed oil emulsion were not layered appearance,emulsion for ivory,droplet was exquisite.Hempseed oil and average particle size of emulsion stability pH stored in different environments were the trend of decrease,and little change in the agreed upon period of time.Cold pressed hempseed oil emulsion viscosity change was not big,stored in a different environment,viscosity size for-4??the room temperature?40?.Hempseed oil emulsion applied research: hempseed oil emulsion cosmetics cream waterproof sunscreen cream and sunscreen lotion paste was meticulous,uniform,did not detect the microorganisms,heat resistant to cold test stability was good,suitable for sunscreen cosmetics material.
