The proportion of technical textiles in the worldwide textile trade is gradually increasing.The emergence of technical textiles is often to make up for the shortage of traditional textiles in the material,performance,and expensive,so people pay more attention to these textiles [1].In the technical textiles,three-dimensional textiles occupy a pivotal position.The emergence of knitted spacer fabrics in the textile industry is a revolutionary leap.The knitted spacer fabric is divided into a knitted warp knitted spacer fabric and a knitted weft knitted spacer fabric.According to the relevant literature,we can see that the current warp knitting fabric is more in-depth,the warp-knitted fabric has been developed rapidly,widely used in health care,luggage,clothing,automobile,shoe,building,composite materials and many other Fields [2].In contrast to the weft knitted fabric processing and performance research is not very mature,weft knitted fabric market is also very bleak [3].In this lesson,12 types of weft knitted fabric and 3warp knitted fabric are studied.Understand and master the different characteristics of knitted warp and weft knitted fabric performance,better according to the requirements of different areas to produce the desired product,and ultimately achieve cost and utility optimization.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The wrinkle recovery performance of 15 kinds of spacer fabrics was tested by using YG541 B fabric crease elasticity tester.The reason of the difference was analyzed according to the size of the recovery angle of warp knitted fabric and weft knitted fabric.(2)The tensile strength of 15 kinds of fabric was tested by using YG026 D electronic multi-functional machine.The mechanical properties of 15 kinds of fabrics were analyzed by using YG031D-500 electronic strong machine.The warp-knitted fabric and weft knitted fabric were analyzed.(3)The sound absorption performance of 15 kinds of fabric samples was tested by acoustic absorption coefficient and acoustic impedance meter in the impedance tube.(4)The influence of the different types of spacing fabric,the spacing silk density and the spacing silk thickness on the sound absorption performance of fabrics were analyzed.(5)The use of UTM4304-type electronic universal testing machine on the fabric compression performance analysis.With SPSS and MATLAB software,the factors influencing the compression recovery performance of the fabric were analyzed.After a series of tests,analysis and research: For the weft spacing fabric,the zonal recovery angle is generally greater than the meridional recovery angle.The weft spacer fabric has a better bending stiffness in the weft direction.The warp knitted spacer fabric,however,has a better bending stiffness in the warp direction.When the spacer fabric is of the same type,the flexural rigidity is also related to the density of the fabric,the spacing structure,and the spacing type,and we have found that the weft-knitted spacer fabric has an interlocking structure in the crease test.And the spacing of single fiber,density,thickness of the spacer fabric has a better bending performance.In the case of the same fabric material,the greater the thickness of the spacer fabric,the better the wrinkle recovery performance of the fabric.The weft knitted fabric is made of a series of warp knitting yarns,and the weft knitted fabric is formed by a plurality of warp yarns.Adjacent yarn trap each other,so the structure is relatively stable.And the broken shape of the spacer yarn is intuitively free from any noticeable shape.The warp fracture load of the spacer fabric of all samples is always greater than the weft fracture load.Warp-knitted spacer fabric is easier to break in zonal stretching,and the strength of warp-knitted fabric in weft wise direction is much less than that of weft-knitted fabric in weft direction.Fabric thickness and the increase of the total fabric density,tensile strength also increased accordingly.Fabric permeability and the total fabric density was negatively correlated,that is,the greater the total density of fabrics,air permeability but the smaller.The fabric thickness and the fabric permeability is also inversely proportional relationship,that is,the thicker the thickness of the spacer fabric,the less the air permeability,the worse the permeability.The thicker the fabric,the better the sound absorption performance of the fabric.The higher the density of the spacer fabric,the better the sound absorption performance of the fabric.The thicker the fabric,the weaker the fabric,the lower the stability of the fabric compressive properties of the fabric worse.The greater the fabric surface density,the smaller the force to each spacer yarn,and the more difficult the fabric is to compress,the better the compression resistance.The use of multi-filament yarn interval than the single-wire yarn with the best recovery performance.
