Winemaking sludge is a by-product of the brewing wastewater treatment process.A liquor company in Hubei Province is a famous liquor manufacturer in China which produces large amount of sludge every year,that rich in organic matter,microorganisms and nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients.The paper is proposed that the white spirit brewery sludge Promoting agent,analyzing the content of each component of sludge,studying the possibility of its resource utilization,studying the method of preparation and preservation of biological accelerant,determining the ratio of ingredients,morphology and the best preservation method and time.The paper tested the moisture content of sludge,the organic matter and the composition analysis.The liquor moisture content was 85.74%,the content of organic matter was 726.4g/kg,the content of nitrogen was 78.52g/kg,the content of phosphorus was 18.73g/kg,the number of microorganisms was 6.6×10~8,the content of heavy metal was low.The high organic content、biological activity and low toxicity make the preparation of liquor sludge as a bio-feed possible.Sludge drying is an essential operation for sludge engineering application.In this experiment,temperatures of 80℃,90℃,100℃,110℃and 120℃were chosen to help the sludge dry,and compare the energy consumption and organic matter content at the different temperatures,we got the 110℃as the best.Vacuum and sealing packaging on the moisture content of 45%,40%,35%,30%of the liquor sludge samples were tested to determine shelf-life,and compared the change of water content,soil organic matter,microbe quantity changes and morphological changes of sludge.We got the samples which vacuum packing with moisture content of 40%was the best,that can be kept for 25 days,and the tenth twentieth day and twenty-fifth day were the optimal utilization.In this experiment,rice husk was used as additive,and according to the mass ratio of rice husk:sludge=1:8,we got the better conditioning effect,which increased the organic content of liquor sludge,neither moldy nor odor out.The accelerator melting costed only 20 minutes,and during the dissolution process,there is no rice floating phenomenon.We made the domesticated bioremediator and assisted industrial wastewater treatment.The results showed that the bioscaffer could help the system to improve the efficiency.The removal rate of COD with high efficiency was 83.13%,at the same time,the biological activity was increased.
