Research On CNC System Reliability

Recent years,the Machine Tool Industry of our country develops very fast.But the low stability and reliability of domestic imperial control system becomes the key restrict factor to the development of numerical control industry day by day.The research on the reliability of numerical control system can help us find the vulnerable link of domestic numerical control system quickly.The main task of this research is to find the defects of domestic numerical control system study,design,manufacture,technology and maintaining.The research will indicate the direction for the development of domestic numerical control system,and enhance its stability,safety and reliability.Thereby,it can increase the market occupancy of domestic numerical control system.This paper bases on the domestic and overseas research status of stability of numerical control system and its significance.This paper also introduces the definition of numerical control,related reliability indexes,unit,the basic process of system reliability assessment and the basic procedure of Bayes reliability assessment.Our study enriches theories about research on the reliability of numerical control system.Moments method,maximum like hood method and Bayes method are the available,methods for the reliability assessment.Because lack of numerical control system experimental data,the sample is small capacity sample.As a result we believe Bayes method is the right method.According to Bayes method,This paper studies the reliability assessment method of numerical control system.The contents of the paper are information processing skills before experiment,prior distribution confirmed by maximum entropy method and robustness analysis.Finally,we carry out the test analysis of reliability of HuaZhong numerical control system by combining these method.
