With the high pace of development in industry and social economy,the pollution of the atmospheric environment is becoming worse.Heavy fog weather appears frequently in Many provinces and cities,which makes PM2.5 become the focus of attention.Due to the wide sources of PM2.5,which spread widely and are harmful to the human body,it ’s urgent to make effective plan of governance control.An accurate measurement of PM2.5 is the premise of governance control.Currently,there are several mainstream measuring methods in the world.Weight method needs not only manual manipulation,but also high cost,which can not be real-time monitoring.Light scattering method requires constant correction with high uncertainty.Tapered Element Oscillating Microbalance method and the beta decay method are greatly influenced by the humidity.Dynamic heating system can reduce the influence of humidity.But at the same time,it can causes the loss of PM2.5volatile components,resulting in a big deviation.The dynamic measurement system can correct and compensate the result,but the system can be abnormally used in parts of our country,on account of short service life and high cost.First of all,the development of PM2.5 monitoring technology at home and abroad has been investigated,problems of PM2.5 monitoring in our country are pointed out and the structure of the paper is introduced.This paper is mainly focus on the loss of volatile particles in beta decay method of PM2.5 monitor.In order to solve this problem,this paper puts forward a compensation method based on the membrane filter continuous sampling and microbalance.The traditional manual weight method is applied in the on-line monitoring field.The paper describes the PM2.5 volatile particulate matter compensation measurement scheme,analysis and implementation of circuit,design of the key components,processing and a set of PM2.5 volatile particulate matter compensation measuring device has been set up.The volatile composition of PM2.5 can be condensed into particles and collected by the semiconductor refrigerating unit.Quartz crystal microbalance measures particulate matter.The normally closed temperature control switch controls the heating and cleaning of quartz crystal sensor.Finally,the compensation measuring device has been set up.Experiment tested and selects the length of copper pipe,temperature of cooling.In the end,the simulation experimernt has been done,using ammonium chloride instead of the volatile composition of PM2.5.By accumulating and analyzing a lot of experimental data: the device design scheme is reasonable,the measurement of volatile particulate matter can be accomplished,the above research work will lay a solid foundation for the optimization of subsequent compensation measurement device.
