As one of the largest agricultural countries,China has abundant agricultural waste resources. However, most of the resources were discarded or directly incinerated without being properly used. This not only resulted in the waste of resources but also brought about environmental pollution. The reasonable utilization of crop wastes will have certain significance for the construction of ecological civilization and economic civilization in our country.Aniline in water is not only harmful to the environment, but also can threaten people's physical and psychological safety through the circulation. It is valuable to link crop residues to aniline removal.Adsorption performance of carbonized peanut shells and carbonized bagasse on the aniline adsorption in water was studied by static adsorption experiments in laboratory. The main conclusions are as follows.Within the conditions set by the study. The adsorption and removal rate of aniline on carbonized peanut shells increased with the increase of adsorption time and dosage, but negatively correlated with the initial p H value and the initial concentration of aniline solution. At 298 K,the p H was 5,the initial concentration of aniline solution was 12 mg · L-1,the equilibrium adsorption capacity of aniline on the carbonized peanut hull was 5.84 mg · g-1.When the removal rate of aniline was used as an index, the order of the factors was adsorption time> initial concentration of solution> initial p H of aniline solution > Dosage. The Langmuir model can better fit the adsorption process of aniline on carbonized peanut shells. The adsorption of aniline onto the carbonized peanut shell is monolayer adsorption. The adsorption process accords with quasi-second order kinetics and the adsorption rate is mainly controlled by chemisorption. The adsorption of aniline on carbonized peanut shells is a spontaneous endothermic process.Adsorption enthalpy change of carbonized peanut shell to aniline was 44.90 k J · mol-1.Carbonized peanut shell aniline adsorption mainly by physical adsorption,?-? interaction, hydrogen bond adsorption. The removal rate of aniline by carbonized bagasse increased with the increase of adsorption time and dosage, but negatively correlated with the initial concentration of aniline solution, and the removal rate was the best under weak acid condition. At 298 K,the initial concentration of aniline solution is 120 mg · L-1,the equilibrium adsorption capacity of aniline on carbonized bagasse is 19 mg · g-1.When the removal rate of aniline is an index, the order of influencing factors is the initial concentration of solution> initial p H> adsorption time> dosage.Langmuir can better fit the adsorption process of aniline on carbonized bagasse.Aniline adsorbed on carbonized bagasse was monolayer adsorption. The adsorption process accorded with quasi-second order kinetics. The adsorption rate was mainly controlled by chemisorption. The aniline adsorption on carbonized bagasse is a spontaneous endothermic process.Adsorption enthalpy change of carbonized bagasse for aniline was 25.96 k J · mol-1.The adsorption of aniline onto carbonized bagasse was mainly composed of physical adsorption,?-? interaction and hydrogen bonding.
