Pyrolysis technique,as a new technique for recycling solid waste,has a wide range of application prospects in the field of resource recovery,especially organic waste such as waste rubber and plastic.Pyrolysis technology has significant difference according to the pyrolysis temperature.Mainly include low,medium and high temperature pyrolysis.Medium temperature pyrolysis can effectively recover high quality oil,greatly improve product value,and widely used in pyrolysis technology.But it has the high requirements of temperature and the structure and dynamic propert of device.To realize its industrialization production is a technical problem that experts and scholars pay close attention to at home and abroad.Therefore,A novel fluidizd pyrolysis idea has been presented,combinating the merits of low and high temperature techniques,A new pyrolysis device and a set of fluidizd pyrolysis system have been designed,and the dynamic traits of the system has been investigated.The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:1)On the basis of defining the pyrolysis mechanism and the key components of the pyrolysis system,the fluidized pyrolysis technology was proposed.Under the influence of wind and temperature,the state of waste has been changed from solid to fluidized state,and small particles are formed.The form of the heat-absorbed are more easier.The efficiency of pyrolysis enhanced.The main structure of air distributor is constructed.Cold state wind speed measurement system was built.The numerical simulation is carried out to study the influence of wind volume and direction during the process fluidization.2)The heating process,mode and structure of the open type resistance heating furnace were studied,and a high temperature pyrolysis heating device based on the heating method was designed.The influence of temperature rise rate,final temperature holding time and installation method on the pyrolysis process was discussed.As a result,the specific structure and installation parameters of the resistance furnace are obtained.3)A complete set of cyclone dust removal and condensation recovery system was set up,which effectively separated and condensed the pyrolysis products,and realized the reasonable separation and recovery of carbon black,pyrolysis oil and gas.4)The dynamic performance of the designed device and the whole system are studied.The modal analysis method has been used to study the dynamic of pyrolysis device.By numerical and experimental modal tests the dynamic characteristics of main components and overall structure were carried out.The significant dynamic parameters such as natural vibration frequency,damping,stiffness and vibration mode has been givend,The results provide the method and priciples of construction of structure and system.
