With the science technology and their people for the continuous improvement of bean sprouts,the traditional hand-made workshop bean sprouts have been unable to meet people’s needs,home small bean sprouts machine came into being,the product has a simple structure,labor-saving,easy operation,Good,and not affected by climatic conditions and seasonal effects,high yield,the production process of the full automation and other characteristics,more and more people use.However,many bean sprouts on the market have the advantages of rough production process,single function and poor control precision,and the temperature control of bean sprouts machine is not very stable and accurate,and the temperature is the decisive for the production of bean sprouts.In view of this problem,Design a set of bean sprouts machine based on fuzzy control PID algorithm.Summary The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)For the hardware design of this system,the main controller selects AT89C52 one-chip computer;The power part selects HY-4612 type power adapter,offer 12 V direct current voltage,7805 digital chip offers 5V voltage;Use DS18B20 digital chip to carry on temperature detection,Through the reversible pulse width modulation conversion circuit to control the transistor on and off,to achieve TEC1-12708 type semiconductor cooling chip polarity control,and then to achieve temperature control;humidity sensor through the CHTM-02 N and ADC0809 humidity data acquisition and processing circuit for humidity For collection;fan and pump motor through the relay normally open contact control.(2)The traditional PID control algorithm for the nonlinear system of the system instability,the use of fuzzy control PID algorithm to achieve bean sprouts temperature control,fuzzy controller structure selection of dual-input and single-output model,the two-input temperature error Signal and error change signal,the single output signal is the controlled temperature,and then the fuzzy set and the fuzzy control state table are determined by selecting the semantic vocabulary describing the input and output variables of the controller,and the fuzzy solution strategy is determined and the control Table,and finally determine the fuzzy control parameters.(3)The hardware structure and control algorithm of the system are simulated by Proteus ISIS simulation software.At the same time,the actual hardware operation of this system is studied.The simulation results and running results show that the system designed has good control effect.The results showed that the temperature and humidity of bean sprouts machine were set 20 groups in total through the operation of bean sprouts machine.The semiconductor cooling and fuzzy control algorithm of these 20 groups of data can control the temperature accurately and at the same time reduce the water temperature rapidly,Expand the function of bean sprouts machine,improve the production efficiency of bean sprouts machine,cultivate the quality of bean sprouts is also better.
