With the sustained development of economy,the water pollution and water resources protection have become one of the common concerns of the country.Various Cost-effective treatment methods that meet the national condition emerged.In this paper,in situ synthesis of manganese dioxide was carried out using KMnO4and MnSO4 as raw materials and microcrystalline cellulose as a carrier,then the hierarchical composites were prepared.Assembling the MCC-MnO2 prepared before and the sodium alginate together with the Calcium release from GDL-CaCO3 system,Sodium alginate is gradually gelled and forms Hydrogels.Then the hydrogel is freeze-dried and structureally uniform aerogel takes shape.By adsorption of dyes and metal ions,optimize the preparation and adsorption process of aerogel.We characterize and analyze the microstructure and chemical composition of aerogel by SEM,FT-IR,TG-DTA and et al.The adsorption mechanism is explained by adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm.The results show:First,it shows that the aerogel adsorption materials have good adsorption capacity for dye and heavy metals.the aerogel adsorbent’s maximum adsorption capacities of methylene blue and congo red was 266.7mg/g and 210.4mg/g,the maximum adsorption capacities of the aerogel adsorption materials for Pb2+Cu2+,were 179.4mg/g and124.3mg/g.Second,the superior adsorption process of aerogel adsorbent for dye:adsorbent dosage is 0.2g,adsorption time is 400min,Initial concentration is 400mg/g,liquid pH;the superior adsorption process of aerogel adsorbent heavy metal adsorption:adsorbent dosage is 0.15g,adsorption time is 400min,Initial concentration is 400mg/g,liquid pH.Third,the adsorption of dyes and heavy metals can fit the pseudo-second-order kinetics model and the Langmuir well. |
