The Application And Maintenance Management By Using Dry Scrubber System In Aluminum Electrolysis

Aluminum industry is one of high polluted industries,the pollutant emission will seriousl y influence the sustainable development of the environment.With the development of aluminu m industry,fume scrubbing technology was introduced in aluminum plant to aim at reducing pollution,the business pay more attention to fume scrubbing system from the point of the cost reduction and environment protection.This paper introduces dry cleaning technology in detail,which applied by domestic and international aluminum industry.The technical principles,tec hnical characteristics and application effect on fume scrubbing system in Aluminum electroly sis field also introduced.Lots of fluoride exists in the fume produced in aluminum production process,which do great harm to human health and plants growth.New pollutant emission stan dard has strict requirements in aluminum industry pollutant emission index.So it has importa nt significance on fume treatment,fluoride recycling and pollution emission compliance.Dry f ume scrubbing technology is a good method to solve the pollution problem of aluminum indu stry.At the beginning,fume scrubbing system worked well,however,with longtime productio n,it will come out the problem on equipment aging,high failure rate which affect the purificat ion efficiency,removing dust efficiency,gas collection efficiency,leading to low fluoride use efficiency and high fluoride consumption in production process,at the same time the work en vironment Deteriorated.Therefore,it is very important to research fume scrubbing system,sol ve the problem taking place aluminum electrolysis production process,the operation and main tenance,strengthen the daily management,improve the work efficiency,reduce the flying loss of particulate matter.This paper analyze and summarize the issue and solutions methods of c orporate site work encountered,discussed how to improve the operation effect of fume scrubb ing system,and make some recommendations to improve the system,and create the condition s for enterprises in achieve clean production,energy saving and emission reduction.
