Polymer-inorganic hybrid membranes had received extensive attention,due to its favourable separation performance and operation stability.This study focused on scientific frontier of exploiting separation membrane materials with high performance,and researched the mass transfer process of pervaporation dehydration.Due to the advantages of two-dimentional?2D?materials,such as anisotropy,high specific surface area,horizontal stacked orientation and high aspect ratio,2D materials could form brick-and-mortar structure with polymer,which fabricated fast transfer channel for water molecule to optimize the dissolution and diffusion process.To research the influence of synergy of hydrophility and hydrophobicity between hydrophilic groups and hydrophobic framework of inorganic material,as well as polymer and inorganic material to the membrane separation performance,molybdenum disulfide?MoS2?prepared by ultrasonic dispersion and cell disruption was blended into sodium alginate?SA?to fabricate hybrid membranes.The hydrophilic groups of SA absorbed water preferentially and enhanced selectivity by hydrogen bonds.Water molecule had less frictional resistance on the surface of hydrophobic area of MoS2,which could transfer rapidly to enhance the permeability.MoS2 and SA formed brick-and-mortar structure,and crevices between nanosheets and free volume cavities of MoS2 and SA at the interface both fabricated mass transfer path.The hybrid membrane containing 2 wt%MoS2 had a permeation flux of 1839g/?m2h?and a separation factor of 1229.2D metal-organic framework material,EuBTB?[Eu?BTB??H2O?2ˇsolvent]n?H3BTB=benzene-1,3,5-tribenzoate??synthesized by solvothermal method was blended into SA to fabricate hybrid membranes.The structure cavity of EuBTB nanosheet was benefit for the fast transfer of water molecule and the carboxyl could attract water preferentially.EuBTB nanosheet could disturb the arrangement of SA polymer chains effectively to decrease the crystallinity of hybrid membrane and enhance the permeability.The hybrid membrane containing 5 wt%Eu BTB had a permeation flux of 1996 g/?m2h?and a separation factor of 1160.ACM?Amphiphilic carbonaceous material?synthesized by mixed acid method was blended into SA to fabricate hybrid membranes.The oxygen containing groups of ACM enlarged the nanosheet distance,which made it disperse steadily in water.The small size of nanosheet enhanced the interaction with SA,which realized reinforcement of dissolution and diffusion process.The hybrid membrane containing2 wt%ACM had a permeation flux of 1778 g/?m2h?and a separation factor of 1816.
