Rural Environmental Renovation Based On Ecological Civilzation Construction In Baoji City

Based on the analysis of the connotation and goal of ecological civilization construction,this paper investigates the current situation of rural environmental pollution in Baoji City,studies the rural environmental management methods of Baoji City,and constructs the long-term goal of ecological civilization,Comprehensive improvement measures to promote the comprehensive improvement of rural environment and other aspects of research,comprehensive domestic and international rural environmental pollution control research results,in-depth analysis of Baoji City,rural environmental pollution control problems,put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The study found that in general condition,Chencang District of Baoji City,Fengxiang County,Longxian County,Qianyang,Linyou County,Fengxian Taibai County,the 7 county rural sewage treatment capacity has reached 100%,but through the investigation,the actual processing has not yet reached 100%,in addition,Weibin District,Fufeng County,Taiwan District of Qishan County,Meixian County sewage treatment capacity of sewage quantity respectively 8.76%,40.42%,33.65%,85.32%and 33.56%.Chencang District of Baoji City,Fufeng County,Longxian landfill capacity service life were 1.17 years,0.09 years,2.09 years;at the same time also has the strong ability of county landfill,Meixian,Fengxian Taibai,landfill capacity service life reached 11.04 years,13.7 years,15.02 years.From the source,these problems have exposed the problems of imperfect long-term mechanism,insufficient capital investment,and people's lack of consciousness.To this end,this article from the policy measures,economic measures,technical measures,and regulatory measures four aspects of countermeasures and suggestions.(1)policy measures.It is suggested that on the basis of the measures taken at present,the construction of ecological civilization should be actively carried out and the cooperative mechanism of the cross departments of rural environmental pollution is constructed.(2)economic measures.Starting from the industrial adjustment,the amount of pollutant production is controlled from the source.(3)technical measures.Refine the project facilities to launch the operation plan,improve the efficiency of control to contain the two pollution.The rural environment comprehensive improvement project is included in the key project plan.In the beginning of the plan design,the implementation of the design standard and the following stages of operation,technical measures are taken to refine the technical plan.(4)regulatory measures.To increase the punishment of the higher government to the lower government.To improve the consciousness of the whole people's ecological protection.
