Automobile beam steel as Automobile parts are mainly used in longitudinal beam,beam,axle and bumper,which can under a certain load and has high strength,good stamping resistance,welding ability and fatigue resistance,etc.Combining the reality of eight steel,this paper briefly analyzes the mechanism of niobium and vanadium microalloyed elements and the impact of Organizational structure and performance in the automotive steel.Through the comparison and analysis of without Nb/V,with Nb,with V and with Nb/V in the system,We establish the best system suitable for the fact of the eight steel.For poor performance stability of thick specifications B510L,We analyze the effect of process parameters on the mechanical behavior of steel plate from the furnace time,soaking time,roughing return temperature,intermediate slab thickness,finish rolling temperature and coiling temperature,and Through the comparison and analysis of without Nb/V,with Nb,with V and with Nb/V in the system,We establish the best system suitable for the fact of the eight steel.When hot rolled steel sheet being directly stamped auto parts without pickling,Powdered iron oxide will pollute the environment and affect the service life of mould.To solve this problem,through on the iron oxide surface adhesion of and different temperature of the iron oxide composition ratio,adopt to reduce the thickness of the strip surface oxidized iron and increase iron oxide in matrix adhesion in two ways to avoid in the stamping process of powder fall off and the purpose of.
