Abstract/Summary:
Now,our society developed rapidly,and population increase gradually.So some followed environmental problems are gradually emerging.Our country also increased the emphasis on environmental issues.Urban infrastructure of the city has a very important role,just like heat power station,it is necessary and indispensable for the construction and development of the city foundation.2x135MW heat power station of Xinjiang heavy chemical industry limited liability company,its capacity is 2x135MW unit equipped with 3x410t/h coal-fired boiler.The power station was put into operation in November 2010,construction-gypsum wet desulphurization systems and carbide slag production along with the main part of the project were put into operation at the same time.But due to not reserved more denitrification conditions,currently NOx concentration in flue gas entrance of the heat power station denitrification facility is 380600mg/Nm3(NO2meters,dry oxygen content in the flue gas,6%),cannot meet the emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plant(GB13223-2011).To meet emission requirements,increasing of denitrification system is needed.After consulting the relevant literature,different denitration process technology to learn to understand,according to the actual situation of power plants and technical information provided to compare the feasibility of different denitration technology to be compared to ensure the efficiency of the denitration under the premise of this project to be designed Selective catalytic reduction(SCR).The denitration system of the method mainly comprises a SCR reactor system and a reducing agent preparation and storage system.Two SCR reactors are used to denitrify the exhaust gas of a furnace,and the three furnaces share reductant preparation and storage systems.This technology no longer sets SCR bypass device and economizer flue gas bypass device,and other main devices are arranged in a high-dust arrangement manner.The design denitrification efficiency is≥85%,and for further convenience the catalyst module height is increased to further reduce the NOx concentration,and the design reactor is configured in 2+1 layers,taking into account that there is a certain height margin for each layer.The power plant to implement the technical transformation of denitration project,the use of SCR technology is economically and technically feasible design to meet the"Thermal Power Plant Air Pollutant Emission Standards"(GB13223-2011),that is,the concentration of nitrogen oxides in coal-fired boilers emissions≤100mg/Nm3(the condition is dry flue gas,6%oxygen content,calculated with NO2).
