In recent years,the scale of the city has been expanding,the population has been increasing,the urbanization rate has been increasing,and the industry has been developing continuously.The amount of sewage in the region has also been increasing.With the further development of urbanization and industrialization,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is more and more prominent,water pollution is serious,the use of water resources improperly so that China's water is facing a serious shortage of resources.In order to further save water resources,effectively increase the utilization of water resources,the state actively develop sewage treatment re-use,to speed up the city's sewage treatment reuse pipe network construction.According to the different water quality standards,the required processing of the process is not the same.The process of reuse of reclaimed water is only based on the water quality of the sewage,the amount of water and the required water quality requirements,and to take into account the economic and technical parameters in order to finally determine the best treatment process.At present,domestic and foreign advanced and domestic widely used recycled water technology has: Treatment Technology of Zeolite Bio-adsorption and Regeneration Wastewater Treatment ? Magnetized photocatalytic integrated wastewater recycling plant?NPR treatment process?A2/O and MBR.The design scale of the reclaimed water plant is 40000 m3/d.Mainly used to deal with the local domestic sewage and industrial wastewater.By comparing the 3 AMBR process(A2 / O biological treatment + MBR process)and the A2 / O biological treatment + aeration biofilter + CMF membrane filtration process,the project intends to use 3 AMBR process to treat wastewater,so that the final discharge will reach the standards.The final process of the proposed recycling water treatment process is:Water inlet ? coarse grille and lift pump room ? fine grille ? primary settling pool ? membrane grille ? MBR biological pool ? MBR membrane pool and equipment room ? ozone contact pool ? tail water discharge.The construction of this project can improve the status of urban environment,improve the quality of life of residents,can increase the sustainable development of the economy,adapt to opening up to speed up economic development.
