Recently,with the prominence of food and drug safety,one of the difficulty and hotspot in pharmaceutical analysis filed is to accurate,rapid and quantitative determination of the low-concentration pharmaceutical components from complex samples.Due to the complexity of sample matrix,an appropriate pretreatment is necessary before the determination of trace drug.Solid phase extraction,as one of the most widely used sample pretreatment technique,has advantages of simple operation,time saving,high efficiency and low reagent consumption,so it has become one of the most popular pretreatment techniques in biological,medicine,and food analysis.The key of solid phase extraction is adsorbent.Molecularly imprinted polymers with specific molecular recognition and wide range of practicability have become a kind of adsorption material in solid phase extraction,but there are still some limitations.Aiming at the problems of low molecular recognition in aqueous matrix and less kinds of monomers and cross-linking agent,two kinds of hydrophilic imprinting resins were synthesized and applied to solid phase extraction for rapidly separation and concentration of trace analytes in complex samples.In chapter one,the principle and current situation of solid phase extraction,hydrophilic resin materials and molecular imprinting technology were introduced,especially the research progress and prospect for development of hydrophilic molecularly imprinted resin materials.In chapter two,a molecularly imprinted phloroglucinol–formaldehyde–melamine resin(MIPFMR)was synthesized in a kind of deep eutectic solvent(DES)and the factors affecting the preparation of MIPFMR were optimized.Based on using MIPFMR as a selective adsorbent of solid phase extraction,an accurate and rapid strategy to separate and determine clorprenaline and bambuterol in urine has been established,and the recoveries of three spiked levels ranged from 91.7% to 100.1% with RSDs ≤ 7.6%.In chapter three,a hydrophilic molecularly imprinted 3-aminophrnol-methenamine resin(MIAPH)was synthesized and optimized.MIAPH was applied as the adsorbent of solid phase extraction coupled with liquid chromatography method to extraction and determination of plant hormones in bean sprouts.6-BA was detected in one of bean sprout samples with a concentration of 0.11 mg kg-1.
