Along with the coal mining high strength in China,the annual consumption of coal roadway tunneling increases gradually,more and more tunneling can not meet the needs of the mining roadway.The large span roadway,coupled with the increase of mining depth and complex mining conditions,increasing the difficulty in supporting the roadway.The supporting type and parameter design is not reasonable,which result in surplus support strength,the effect of roadway support is not ideal,the construction speed is slow and tension of excavation replacement.With the 7606 return airway of WuYang coal mine as the engineering background and around controlling problem of its surrounding rock stability,this thesis systematically studies on low density-high strength support technology of high stress coal roadway through comprehensively utilizing the field measurement,the numerical simulation,the theory analysis and other methods,which carries on the following main results were obtained:(1)The 7606 air return roadway roof surrounding rock was boreholed by drilling peep instrument,We find out many problems which consist in original supporting scheme of 7606 air return roadway.We putted forward the low density and high strength support concept,analyzed its supporting principle and gived a method of the 7606 wind alley of low density and high strength support.(2)we putted forward the supporting idea of " the permanent support step by step,first support to realize roadway limited pressure,reduce roadway surrounding rock stress and The secondary support increases bolt length of bolt and bolt rope,increases the connection of bolt Bolt and bolt rope,realizes high strength support of roadway "and the supporting principle of “safety,economy,favorable for rapid construction".(3)Then using the FLAC3 D software to analyzing the stress and deformation regularity of roadway surrounding with different bolt length,bolt diameter,bolt rod spacing,bolt bolt and cable joints for optimizing the supporting methods and parameters of 7606 return airway Through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the control scheme and construction technology of the surrounding rocks of 7606 return airway in Wu Yang coal mine are determined jointly.(4)Based on the elastic theory,the model of a statically indeterminate beam structure and the mechanical model of roadway under heterogeneous stress are established.Based on the geological conditions of the 7606 return air roadway,the numerical solution of the stress and the tunneling distance of the surrounding rock is obtained.After the first support of roadway,surrounding rock stress distribution and deformation of surrounding rock varies with the tunneling distance was gained by FLAC3 D,which determine the roadway two supporting time.(5)The above research results,which have been made a industrial test in the Wu Yang coal mine 7606 return airway,the result of application shows that high-stress coal roadway applied low density high-strength support technology,which could better control harmful deformation of the tunnel surrounding rock,and guaranteed the safety and stability of 7606 return airway.
