Punching is an important production process in manufacturing process,with rapid contemporary industrial development we need the presses have higher requirements,such as tonnage,accuracy and speed,were raised for servo press.Servo press has been developed rapidly with good processing flexibility,energy saving and environmental protection,high precision and so on.In the current application,small tonnage servo presses account for most,large tonnage servo press has also been applied,but there are some defects.For this reason,a new transmission system is proposed,the main research contents are as follows:(1)We analyzed the characteristics of the crank toggle mechanism + symmetric triangular toggle system of the multi link servo press,also established the kinematics and dynamics model of the transmission system.(2)Based on Matlab,the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the transmission system are studied,the displacement,velocity and acceleration curve of the main slide and increase the force of the system were analyzed on the curve.In addition,the three-dimensional solid model of the transmission system is established by using Solidworks software,and all the parts are checked,finally,the dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed.(3)The optimization mathematical model of the transmission system is established,the objective function,optimization variables and constraints are established,and choose the appropriate optimization method,using the Matlab optimization toolbox to optimize the transmission system,finally,the performance of the drive system is compared and analyzed.(4)The main drive system of the servo press is produced,the control system is set up,and the experimental platform is built,and the motion curve of the main slide block is studied. |
