Aromatic boronic acid compounds are important intermediates in the organic synthesis reaction,which can react with the aryl halide to form the biaryl compound.Suzuki coupling reaction reported that the synthesis of aryl boronic acid compounds was once the organic synthesis of hot spots.At present,the main synthesis methods of benzene borate compounds are: Grignard reagent,palladium-catalyzed oxy-boronization method,organic lithium reagent method.However,these three types of conventional synthetic methods have the same drawbacks: the introduction of borate?ester?groups is determined by the halogen?bromine and iodine?sites on the substrate.This increases the difficulty of the synthesis of phenylboronic acid and limits the diversity of phenylboronic acid.In recent years,the new synthesis method of phenylboronic acid has been reported.The boron acid is used as the boron source reagent,and the C-H bond can be directly activated by the iridium catalyst to introduce boric acid on the benzene ring Group,which makes the synthesis of phenylboronic acid once again aroused people's attention.This group is subject to guizhou province wei,jing phosphorus electronic material co.,LTD.,based on the iridium catalyst development 10-15 benzene boric acid compounds synthesis process.End up with five series,a total of 14 compounds,confirmed by the purification and spectral characterization of the structure,discussed the solvent,ligands,the influence of factors on the reaction,such as temperature,feeding rate,and the synthesis process were studied and optimized.Which no CAS number seven compounds,respectively:C1?A3?B1?C3?C4?D1?D2 and F1.Three compounds have CAS number,but no synthesis reports: A4?A5 and C1..Four other compounds,has reported synthesis: A1?A2 ?C2 and F2.
