The heat pipe grinding wheel technology can improve the thermal conductivity of the grinding wheel by incorporating an annular heat pipe in the grinding tool.And then reduce the temperature of the grinding zone,protect the work piece from being burned.The application of the heat pipe grinding wheel technology in the high efficiency grinding of the hard-to-cut material is demonstrated to be feasible by current research.However,the work mechanism and specific heat transfer performance are not clear and need much more in-depth studies.In order to analyze the working mechanism of the heat pipe grinding wheel and further optimize the heart transfer performance of heat pipe grinding wheel,that will explore the relationship between these factors and the heart transfer performance by conducted the heat transfer performance simulation and experiment in this paper.Finally,an optimization method for the heat pipe grinding wheel will be built,which include heat transfer performance simulation?heat transfer performance experiment and grinding experiment.Based on this idea,the main research work of this paper are as follows:(1)Summarize the problems of the existing simulation methods for the revolving heat tipe grinding wheel,establish a suitable simulation model for revolving heat pipe grinding wheel according to the CFD analysis for thermosyphon.Finally,analyze the influence of various factors on the heat transfer performance of the heat pipe grinding wheel from the simulation result;(2)Improve the present heat transfer performance experiment system and conduct the heat transfer performance experiment.Analysis of the influence of various factors on the heat transfer performance of the heat pipe grinding wheel from the experimental result,and compared with the simulation results;(3)Based on the optimized parameters from heat transfer performance simulation and experiment,the experiment of dry grinding high temperature alloy using heat pipe grinding wheel is carried out.And the accuracy of optimization is verified by comparing the temperature of the grinding zone;...
