Flat vulcanizing presses are a key vulcanizing apparatus for hot press molding in the rubber industry,and its function is to provide the necessary temperature and pressure for vulcanization of the rubber.The hot plate is used for pressing and heating the mould and rubber products when the plate vulcanizing machine works;The surface of the hot plate is directly contacted with the mould,so the temperature uniformity on the surface of the hot plate is required.The temperature difference on the surface of hot plate is an important index to evaluate performance of rubber vulcanization equipment.The main ways of hot plate heating are electric heating,heat conduction oil heating and steam heating,as well as advanced induction heating,infrared heating and so on.There is a problem that the surface temperature difference of the hot plate is too large and the quality of the vulcanized product is reduced;The purpose of the study is to optimize the surface temperature field of the hot plate,improve the thermal uniformity of the surface temperature of the hot plate,and improve the vulcanization efficiency of the rubber product.In this paper,the method of numerical analysis and experimental verification is used to study the effective method of analyzing the surface temperature field of hot plate based on the theory of heat conduction and thermal convection in heat transfer;ANSYS software and Fluent module are used to simulate the electric heating of the hot plate and the heating of the fluid heat conduction oil under the initial parameters,based on the results of the initial simulation,the optimal design of the heat pipe heat pipe and the heat pipe power distribution was carried out by using the orthogonal test method.For the heating of fluid conducting oil,based on Fluent numerical analysis theory,the flow channel arrangement and import and export parameters are optimized;On the basis of the numerical analysis,the finite element simulation is carried out with the temperature test for the optimal scheme of two heating methods.The results show that the optimization of the main factors influencing the surface temperature difference of the electric heating plate can greatly improve the hot plate surface temperature difference by the orthogonal test method,then the surface temperature field of the hot plate is more uniform.For the hot oil heating hot plate,the simulation analysis of flow channel arrangement and optimizing the import and export parameters can effectively improve energy efficiency.On the basis of theoretical and finite element numerical analysis,the reliability of the optimization method is verified by temperature test.To a certain extent,the uniformity of the surface temperature of the hot plate is improved,which provides a reference for the design and engineering application of the hot plate.
